Through CÁNDIDO, Felipe reflects on the culture surrounding cooking and eating, revisiting flavors, techniques, and traditions from his home country, Colombia, and beyond. From catering events to grazing tables and dinner parties, each experience offers a unique, flavorful opportunity to explore textures, tastes, and stories through food.
Felipe holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts from IAG in Argentina and Academia Verde Oliva in Colombia, and has lived and worked in Bogotá, Buenos Aires, and New York.
He currently resides in Brooklyn.
